It’s got a long history of controversy, pertaining to university officials who’ve long since wanted to develop the land. But People’s Park is a public open space; it belongs to the community & i really always get that sense when i’m there. anyways, i came upon this article in the Chronicle & it made me smile quite big. it’s nice to read about good things happening to good people. also, lots of pictures from LUMA Fest are already available for viewing!
