well, i made it out of Dallas unscathed. twice already! but Dave keeps on finding me all these gigs in Texas…i don’t know what’s up with that. You’d think he was stalking me… what i found out: Dave is one of the best listeners in the world. he is one of the most giving people in this world. he truly loves to drive. he gives great hugs. he loves to smile. he thinks a lot. and his love for all things music is profoundly deep: he doesn’t need food or sleep as long as he has music. everything about his life circles back to the music and it is a beautiful beautiful thing. like Dave himself. kind of startling…

not only is this man stalking me…he also happens to produce some of the best music around. i’ll get to meet him in person in september, after which the r e a l testimonials will get posted….if i can get out of Dallasunscathed, that is ;-)
