Nitevibe write-up for Beatmatch
Beatmatch is taking us back to the early days of the SF underground dance scene. When with an incredible passion for dance music, DJs delivered the 4/4 beats (in the strangest of locations) and the vibrant crowds went wild to make San Francisco a true player in the world of house music. Tonight, local (and exceptionally tight) DJ crews: Sister SF, Green Gorilla Lounge and the Space Cowboys are teaming up to show us how it’s done and put to rest, once and for all, that the dance music scene here is dwindling in 2004.
